"The owner (I believe Doug) did a great and quick job cutting my car key from a spare I brought in when other places, which rely on preprogrammed blanks and a machine, were not able to. He was able to use his knowledge to determine whether the blank I was using would work and checked with me to see if it worked after he cut it. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. There is a reason he's been in business for more than 60+ years. To those who do not bother reading signs when entering, the place clearly states no guarantees like a majority of businesses. Keys are unique, especially if you bring one in. He does not have control beyond what he can provide for his services, just like if you bring your own parts to a mechanic."
